He is built like a tank
Air head and thick like a plank
He was quite the defeatist
High on steroids and the meanest
Hated his reflection but always looked
Catching glimpses whenever he could
Yes he was extremely vain
Which was rather quite a shame
He is known as "Muscle Mary"
On steroids he'd act all daring
Aggressive, wild and angry
Before them he was all timid and skinny
8 times a week he trains at the gym
Where his membership card says "Jim"
There was no bigger guy than him
He trained hard with a grimaced grin
We knew he'd changed when he spoke out of tone
I'm sure his balls got caught up in his throat
But it's the steroids that make him a nasty bloke
I try to convince him but I've given up hope
His squeaky voice is what we laugh at but he doesn't know the joke
