Missing Poster

I grew a conscience and developed a habit
Confusion breeds paranoia arguing with the rabbits
Breeding with self when they can't get it
Expanding societies with too many cracks to fix

Seperate the heavens from the deep blue seas
See in the streams what lurks beneath
Underachieving what the teachers want us to believe
Tax the poor while the rich spend what they don't need

My good morales keep me strong
Out of luck but I still stumble on
Living in a world where right is wrong
Lost generations fighting in a plastic gangsters rap song

No love, respect or guidance
Social network sites directed the riots
Society shocked at the mindless violence
As a policeman pushes and kills an innocent man in the confusion of silence

A missing poster appears in the national press
Another small child runs away from her families stress
Lost out in the woods with an alcoholic who asks her for forgiveness
A nation hangs itself cos it's illiterate and depressed

SILENT

I'll step up to the heavy weight. Get downed, like a pint on St' patties day. Place that bet, because you know my mouth is filled with face. Get back up just like yesterday.

Under the sheet. Lovers meet. Lost people. Swept from their feet. Blue twisted places. Unknown faces. Lost people. That the mind erases. Pretty little stars. Speeding cars. Lost people.
