So you come to the salon plonk yourself in my chair,
Show me a picture of how you want your hair.
Client: "I want to look like her"
Me: "Jennifer Anniston yeah me too" I reply
But I know by how you worded it you don't realise it's more than a cut and dye.
Me: "Her hair is long, blonde and beautiful. Yours is frizzy, short and brown, Her face is long and yours is round"
Client: "yes I like that look"
Me:"Have you considered..."
Client "No that look please"
Me :"Ok"
Clearly you don't get it but hey your the customer and yes you must have it.
Out with the foil, bleach and high lift tint,
Blow dry her hair.
I look and yeah Jennifer if I squint.
Client "I don't look like her"
Me "Your right but I've done my bit
your hair is the same and a darn sight better than a home kit"
Client: "No I don't think I like it"
Me: "Clients like you really bug me
Jennifer Anniston is beautiful and quite frankly your fugly".

Lmao, hope my hairdressers doesn't think like that π I know what you mean tho some people want the impossible π
@sjw oh sienna some people are crazy with what they want. I'm pretty good at convincing clients now but you still get the odd one
I must admit going to the hairdressers used to be like going to the dentist for meπ± didn't get my hair cut for 6 years!π
I don't really enjoy having my hair done, although my hairdresser is now a friend and I always ask her for a new face too - still no luck though! πΉπΉ
@eddie12309 @crowncottage 6years! I think once you have found a hairdresser you trust it becomes much less scary. I must admit I hate having mine done but I think that helps me as I totally understand nervous or twitchy clients.
