Becky's POV
I skipped down the alley towards Rosa's school, once I got to the gates I waited at LEAST five minutes before going in to look for her.
"Rosa?" All I heard was the cold wind blowing, no children were there, was I late? I shouted this time.
"ROSA?" I walked up to the big doors of the school and knocked, I heard the knock echo around the halls. I heard a window shatter and a crow call, I ran home. Once I got to my door I breathed heavily and picked up the phone. Static. I turned on the TV and switched to the news to hear the worst news of my life.
'There has been a shooting at Delany Middle School, seven have died and only two survive, where they have been taken is still a mystery...'
"MY SISTER COULD BE DEAD!" I shouted at the TV and ran to get the phone again.
"Work, please work." Static. I growled as I slammed the phone down. Where could she be? Where is my baby sister Rosa? I walked up and down not knowing where to go, who to tell, what to do, all I knew is there had been a shooting and seven died and one of them could be my sister.
"ROSA!" I engulfed Rosa in a hug as she came through the door with a few friends.
"Where have you been? What happened? Are you okay? Oh I missed you!" She looked at me confused.
"You know you let me walk home on my own..."
"When?"
"You called the school." She ran up the stairs with her friends and I looked puzzled, I glanced out the window to see children and their mums walking from the school to their homes.....How? I decided to go to sleep before anything could get any more confusing.

Rosa's POV
I woke up to the sound of chirping birds. I ran into Becky's room.
"Sis?" She stirred and sat up. She coughed twice.
"Must've been a bad dream..." She muttered and I cocked my head to the side.
"Can I go to the woods next door?"
Becky's POV
She wanted to go to the woods? Alone? No way!
"Only if I'm with you Rosa." She groaned.
"But Becky! Don't you think I'm grown up now? I can go, ALONE." She stated crossing her arms.
"You may be grown up to YOU, but you got to remember you're only four!"
"Well you're only sixteen!" She stomped off. I groaned as I brushed my shortish brown hair as I stuck on my coat to see her ready by the door,
"I was just about to go alone..." She gave a cheeky grin as I shot her a glare. She opened the door and ran across the road.
"LOOK FIRST PLEASE!" She couldn't hear me though. She was already deep in the woods.
