Chapter Four
Running Away
"Daniela Charlene and Eleanor stole my wallet again!" Camila yelled. Daniela sighed and rubbed Piper's back. "When I come back you have to tell me what's going on okay?" Daniela said. Piper nodded And tears streamed down her face. She couldn't let her beloved sisters know why she eats dirt. She had to think of something and fast.
Later that day,Daniela forgot to talk to Piper. Piper thought she would run away and never come back. She could eat all the dirt she wanted without anyone bugging her about it. She thought it was a brilliant idea. Of course she would miss everybody but she thought it was for her own good.
Later that night, Piper got her things and headed out the door. A tear slid down her face as she close the door behind her. As she began walking,she tried to remember when she first started to eat dirt. It had to bed when she was six years old. She remembered going to the doctors because she would be ill cause all she ate was dirt. She forgot what was like to eat normal food. She did liked hamburgers. But as soon as she put a mouth full of dirt,she started eating it. Her parents told her a least to have something with dirt. She had to vegetables and meat but was very little. She shivered of the thought of giving up dirt and going back home.
The next day,
"Beatrice! Charlene! Eleanor! Camila! And Daniela!" Piper is no where to be found! Cristina cried. "Aye she's bound to be somewhere" Eleanor said. Cristina shook her quickly. "No not at all. I'm afraid she ran away." Cristina said as tears were welling up in her eyes. Charlene sighed and said,"Why would she wanna do that? She couldn't gone far...yet. Cristina put hands in her hair and took a deep breath. "Well seems like we gotta find Pi then" Camila said while trying not to sound worried but confident. "The is my damn fault!" Daniela shouted. As she sat down on a chair. Beatrice put her hand on Daniela's back and said"This ain't anybody's fault Dani". Beatrice sat down as she thought where Piper could be.
