Focus... Focuuussss...

Yes this is about focus, not the camera type, but the life type...

As Einstein said we are all genius', this is the discovery of our inner most desires and carving our own little niche in this great big world. I think most of the worlds problems stem from this. Humans are an untapped resource that has so much potential it boggles the mind to think that we are so underdeveloped that people are apathetic and under motivated, people are at home with empty tables and alone when some have more than enough to share whilst they would gain so much from enriching each others lives but don't. People are out there that are so amazing and talented and such good natured that we would call them angelic in nature but are alone and depressed, they have so much to offer, we all do... All it would take is a little more focus to fix this great inequity for a better life for all.

I must apologise I'm sure it must come accross as if I'm just ranting at the world, the bulk of my posts are based on my queer observations on what's wrong with the world: consumerism, depression, etc. It is just the posts I have read of other people are about love lost and how the world treats them. Who seem to me to be sensitive and kind hearted people that have flocked to Opuss to find like minded individuals who will accept and understand them. Facebook is fake, Twitter is impersonal, ASW is snobby, and MySpace wtf is up with that...?? I digress...

I shall endeavour to be a bit more light hearted in the future. Thank you for reading.

I consider my mind to be perceptive and quick witted. Slicing through the nonsense of life to sink my teeth into the truth behind it all. I hope you enjoy my perceptions of the truth of life and love and everything else :)

Another Day In Paradise

Oh my. Another day of painting the blessed hallway. I have been decorating now for more than three weeks and all I see around me is mess. I wonder why I bother. Life is like that though eh.

New.

There's only one thing that's constant in our life, our distorted view of reality, in every cell our body has and in every molecule we breathe in and that's change.

Everyone needs to maintain faith in at least one thing. It's what keeps us going, knowing there's always that one thing at the end.

Friendship

One mistake I have made in the past is overlooking the importance of friendship. When I had my first boyfriend at sixteenth, I was too amused and everything about him was simply stunning.

I Am Like You.

Like you, I am a work in progress. But with all of our similarities, we are different. So different. We come from different places. I don't mean different cities. Or even different homes.

I like your little outlooks on life...I agree with you, the world (and humanity really) has so much potential, we could be so good if people realised that others are suffering and we can do something about it. Thanks you've really made me think! :)

@Kirsty_Bee wow thanks Kirsty that was really sweet of you to say. I don't know I just seem to be so inspired by everyone on here with all their honesty and open up their hearts to relieve whatever is straining them, I think it would terrible if I didn't at least recognise their efforts.
