Self Destruction

My cat is pretty feisty,
And I'm tripping up a lot,
Now my arms are getting colder,
And all this, that and whatnot.

I am suddenly allergic,
And I eat before you ask,
Thought I told you I loved chewing gum,
I'm not up to the task.

I'm too busy, got to study,
I woke up with a sore throat,
Sprained my ankle, walking, slowly,
Yes, I'm loving my new coat.

It's quite funny how the nights,
Are shorter when you're having fun,
Found out? I've stopped, you're happy now,
Found out? I've only just begun.
