Just A Coin...

Give me just a Dollar,
It's really all I need,
I'd take it and I'd buy us all
An everlasting seed

How about a Pound?
It's not that much to spare...
I'd turn it into a million things
For all of us to share!

Or, what about a Drachma,
That surely isn't much?
If I could hold a Drachma
I'd be sure to have the Midas Touch...

A Franc or two would be just fine,
Perhaps a Pfund, Ruble, Taka, or Rupee?
With just one little coin
I'd be sure to get us all through this stormy sea...

But I do not hold a Dollar, nor a Peso, not a Lek,
I'm standing here in front of you,
A helpless, hapless wreck

I hope, one day, to stumble
And while I ponder as I lay,
Maybe I'll find a Lucky Penny
To chase all of our cares away...

Until that day it find me,
I will forever be,
Your ever-loyal friend, my loves,
Your hugs and kisses, all for Free xxxx

What can I say....? 'I need a Dollar' was in my head!
