White teeth glistening menacingly,
Coat of grey armour shining brilliantly.
Your teeth reveal a grin,
Bloodstained with sin.
I see a dorsal fin.
I'm starting to make a din.
I panic and freeze,
Praying that the breeze,
Won't make me sway,
& you'll swim away.
I feel you bump against my leg,
Your bullet shaped sand papery head.
I know you're trying to suss me out,
Instinct screaming to give you a clout.
Am I a threat? Am I prey?
I know I'm screwed either way.
For I can see the mean in your eye,
I realise it's my time to die.
For Glenneth.
