Are they?? Coz the flight time doesn't actually get any quicker. Te plane's still going the same journey routes and the same speed
@Hamish123 basically, say it takes 3 hours to get to a place, if you leave on a plane journey 3 hours earlier, you're going to arrive at you destination 3 hours earlier, so you actually haven't uses up any travel time and you can get on with your holiday or whatever. Make sense yet? I'm sorryc
