My step mum said we were having gammon egg and home made chips for dinner so I calculated at lunch today how much would be 500 cal's and how much exercise I would have to do to burn it off but then my dad goes "I don't know what we are having for tea prob chicken and rice"
For God sake. I planned my calorie intake for the gammon dinner and you go and change it. Thanks alot now I won't reply re-doing my chart
