This is a spin off from The Secret. On day 2 i had to write down the 10 things im grateful for and find a rock that fits in my hand with no rough edges. Once i have this rock before i go to sleep i will grasp it and think back through my day and find the greatest thing that happened and while holding the rock i should say Thank You.
The concept of this is: instead of thinking of bad things that happened through the day i will be thinking of good things that happened and i will pick the greatest thing that happened and say thank you thank you thank you ( yup say it 3 times )
I will be doing this every night til i end the book. So now i start my day thinking of 10 things i am grateful for and end my day by thinking of the greatest thing that happened that day.
Basically i start and end my day in gratitude. To be honest this seems to be working changing my outlook in life but i feel like a nutcase doing the assignments.
