As I move toward you
My tummy starts to twist
Not for excitement but in fear
This an experience easily missed
You gather yourself around
Prepare to do your worst
Leather paddles at the ready
Hose us down with water first
Fixed into position
We move forward, slow
And so it begins
No where for us to go?
Jets of water smash us
The noise like thunder booms
Locked inside this tin shell
Captured inside this tomb
Then the brushes gather
Surrounded on all sides
Spinning and clashing
This is the mother of all rides
My fear gains momentum
Panic rises from within
No escape possible
Endurance wearing thin
But then I see a light
And my heart skips a beat
Is it really possible
I can escape from this seat?
And at last it's over
All the fear i can now squash
I have survived my ordeal
At that bloody car wash!
