He's tried every trick in the naughty boy book
Thinks I won't notice or take a look
Turns the tooth brush on but doesn't enter his gob
Avoidance of toothpaste uses the smallest incyest blob
I check his mouth for the smell of mint
But I'm afraid his teeth still have a yellow tint
I look in the sink for foamy spit
But there's nothing there he'll have to admit
He's just a smelly eight year old lad
Who sadly takes after his smelly dad
