First time at the gym today
Please let it end I started to pray
But got to get myself fit for work
Bet I looked like a complete berk
Been off sick for over 8 weeks
Bright red face and flushed red cheeks
Whiplash in my neck starts to hurt
Some cold water in my face please somebody squirt!
But I need to get back into shape
Before I turn into a big soft ape
Was very fit before I got smashed up
Now my tongues hanging out like an out of breath pup!
Never again,I'm pushing too hard
But I took out a years membership card
So no excuses back tomorrow
Till then I'll wallow in painfull self sorrow!
