Don't(s) And Do(s)

Hug a neighbor,
Or start a fight.
Go to bed early,
Or stay up all night.
Eat healthy,
Or drink underaged.
Live in peace,
or get enraged.
Do what you want,
It could be good.
Do what other people want,
And care what would,
Happen.
Whether good or bad,
So many choices I wish I had.
I do the right thing,
And die inside.
I hang out with the wrong people,
And get caught up in wonderful lies.
I do want I do,
Is that so bad?
Why do you cover your face with makeup,
Not knowing what beauty you have.
We live to please others,
It seems like.
Why do I do things that seem right?
I get made fun of,
Because I'm not in the crowd,
But maybe that's because it is to loud.
If I do the right things,
I'm sadly rewarded,
And I look like a goodie-two-shoes.
If I do the wrong things,
I get in trouble,
But get eternal respect from them.
I guess I'm just caught up in the Don't(s) and do(s)
