Thanks to everybody who entered, you've made the judging an absolute hoot. It's been a hot old day down here in sunny Essex, and it's been well and truly reflected in some of the limericks!

Ok, the business section:
In 3rd place, and completely bucking the hot theme with his tale of a Portuguese skier and a pissed up Santa, is @WeirdWolf, with On The Piste.
In 2nd place, and utterly responsible for the outpouring of liquid jabanero this afternoon, is @sjw, with Release. Thank you Sienna. No, really...

Special mention: to some of the comments made this afternoon. Funnier than some of the limericks themselves, they just proved to me what a fun loving and awesome community we have here on Opuss. I'm gonna run a 'Comment Of The Day' competition one day I swear...
