Thundering noise
Whining sound
Gallops the hooves upon the ground
The chase is on
But what will it bring
On the night before the season spring
Run young one run
Before the rising of the sun
I will return I promise you
Red flashes by
Fearing all that are behind
Swiftly it will fly
In hope to find a place to hide.
The barking ceases
Thundering decreases
They have lost that one
What a shame
The small fox scampers away
She will be back someday
Another howl upon the hill
Signifying a different kill
this time a rabbit..no a hare
But which one of the dogs will race it there
Hare vs dog
running through the meadows fog
To bad the hares a runt
Cause for the dog it's the thrill of his hunt
