Cold Night

Cold night,
Dragons breath.
Chilly enough,
To cause death.
Fur gloves,
All things warm.
Rushing to get in,
Away from the storm.
Blue fingers,
Frozen lashes.
Thunder rumbles,
Lightening flashes.
Numb body,
Snow flurry.
Must get in,
Hurry hurry!
Now you're in,
By the fire.
Melting your coldness,
To your hearts desire.

Hunt

Crimson clouds stretching across the horizon. Fierce is the fire of the dawning day Kissing the mountains, banishing grey. Arisen, angel of death, escaping night's dark prison.

Fall down from the sky, Twisting, Turning. I feel like I've killed you, You're melted, Burning. Your tiny little arms, Like wings, Delicate. Land on my lashes, I see the details, Intricate.

Pulchritude

Today has vowed a sky of cloud; a frivolous shroud: no daylight, or joy, or beauty allowed. Much of the day has wasted away in such a way, the birds, the people, have nothing to say.

Feather & The Rain.

In Feather's domain, The rain was a fright, It was drenching the streets, Not a dry patch in sight. Rivers down roads, And torrents of wet, All in the 'summer', As bad as it gets.

It's Snowing, Boo!

Don't hate my hating. It's pretty and it's white, So fluffy it might seem, The colour of untainted white, Like clouds or like a dream. Reality hits hard though.

Ice And Fire

Ice outside my window. Silent grip of iron. Creaking, cracking, groaning. An ancient, age old song. Swirls and whirls and ferns of frost. Sparkle in the moonlight. Every single drip and drop.
