Hurricanes And Starlight

A wiser man once wrote "If people were rain, I'd be drizzle and she a hurricane."
I sat there quietly as these words swarmed around in my head. It was the most sense I'd ever heard in my life I thought as I watched her.
My whole essence was screaming and I could do nothing else but sit there absolutely petrified just hoping my thoughts would echo loud enough for her to notice me even for a second.
I thought of her as a hurricane, to wild to approach, to vivid to be real.
What I didn't know was that she thought me the brightest star, too bright to look at and taking a leap of faith in all meaning of the word as I jumped out if my seat looking like a terrified idiot would be the best and most nerve wrecking moment of my life.

"It is our effort to remain who we are that limits us."

And now I am free.

So I'm testing out this app which so far I'm loving! English isn't my native tongue so any pointers of a more fluent or stylish use of sentences and phrases are most welcome.
That's pretty much it... Moral of this half true story I guess would be "it makes no sense living life unless it got your heart pumping in an explosion of mixed awesomely terrifying emotions every now and then!"
