I fear that fear and fear alone
Might be the ship that takes me home
Might be the demon that I can't fight
I fear that fear may dull the light
I fear a fear of untold terror
Might hunt me down and might endeavour
To take me to that darkest place
I fear a fear that takes me away
I fear the fear that keeps me warm
The one that stops me from self harm
The one that stays my wake at night
I fear it's fear that saves my life
It's fair to say that fear and I
Are now so close and so entwined
That losing fear my life could cost
I'd lose my fight if fear was lost
