The white wash is done
But what's this I've found?
All my clothes are brown
They do not look clean
But still are sweet smelling
How can this be what it seems
Someone has stolen my clothes
In the passion of lust throws
Rolling down a ditch, would explain this
Maybe they played rugby
Maybe this is how they got grubby
All my clothes look mucky
Perhaps it was pigs
They like muddy things
Washing in their digs
I fold away my laundry in dismay
Tutting at the dirty brown sprays
Nasty little splashes spoil my washing day
How could this have happened?
My careful laundry plan
I know who to blame, "Come here husband!"
In the utility room he looks at the mess
Questioned carefully...
I wait to hear him confess
As we sort the clothing, I'm ready to go to town
But a naughty brown sock my husband has found
It looks as if it was me, I am guilty bound
Luckily I didn't blame him outright
For loosing all my whites
Now I can go shopping and make my wardrobe right
