Ahah yeah I think so too. But I'm really good at putting myself down so opuss gives me a nice boost. When people bother to read my stuff. But I like your things that you have posted so keep going and I'll continue to like and repost your stuff :)

@sammielee46 @Emily_InspiresAll this app is awesome and full of great people,so much support and not just for writing either,I asked for help telling my ten year old son about his autism and was overwhelmed with advice! Love it ❤

Hahah I know I find it nice to know that other people out there like the stuff you write. And I'm not talented, I'm far from it!! There are so many good people out there. x

@gazplend aaww I love this app too. It's definitely the thing i use the most. My brother has autism and I know that must be hard to explain so I'm glad there are people with opuss that understand.!! 💛💙💜💚❤

@gazplend couldn't agree more! My daughter has autistic tendencies along with a whole host of other things which can be difficult to say the least at times, so writing is my outlet. I haven't even got round to telling my daughter about her disabilities yet, it's a hard one. So ill know where to go on that one!! :)

@Emily_InspiresAll don't sell yourself short Hun, from what I've read of your work you certainly are talented!! Try and be positive which is easier said than done!! The more you write the more you will believe it!! :) x

@gazplend thanks so much, that means a lot. Having a child with disabilities sometimes makes you feel as though your on your own, once we'd got all of her diagnosis's they let us be, like we should know what to do or how to cope. It's hard. But as you know every day is different with us so some days are great, some are not so and some are bloody awful! :)

@sammielee46 trust me I sell myself short all the time. :( I'm kind of a perfectionist. If I'm not the best at something I tell myself I'm rubbish. I know it's stupid. :s

@sammielee46 yes it's very stressfull some days but there is a lot of support,did you read my post about aiming high and gateway a couple of weeks ago? I think it was headed autistic society,they arrange free trips for families like us,going to a Santa meal at Alton towers in December completely free! 😊😘

@Emily_InspiresAll I know exactly how you feel!! What I try to tell myself is that nothing is ever perfect and sometimes order comes from disorder, sometimes when I'm in a good frame of mind that works, other times not so much!! Best thing to do is to keep writing, write about your frustrations, you may find that helps!! :D

I've enjoyed reading your posts hun keep it up, when I downloaded this app I felt so intimidated by everyone's writing didn't really expect to stay but due to the support from the awesome ppl on here I persevered and am now hooked lol I hadn't written any poems before except in school 😳

@sammielee46 thanks I'll try that!! And yup that's what I feel like. But if by some miracle I have confidence in something I think I get really REALLY big headed about it. Aahhh I'm such a confusing person! :/

@Emily_InspiresAll there's your challenge, write a piece about all of your positives!! And then the things you get frustrated with!! Ill be waiting to read!! :) and it should help you too!! Poetry and writing is my therapy :)

Haha okay I'll do it. Watch this space! The positive one may be harder but ill try. x if I'm really annoyed I wrote some poetry that's normally pretty depressing and if I'm in a good mood my poetry is normally funny.
