Comforting me,
Effortlessly,
Just the sound of the tick tock,
The hands of time pass on the clock,
The silence when your here,
Deafens my ear,
No longer reassuring,
The silence when you're near is not curing,
It's the calm before the storm,
Before the anger leaves you in a swarm,
Unpredictable you,
It scares me too,
The silence with you speaks masses,
Cut through the silence the smashes of glasses,
The silence you create is loud,
One person creating the noise of a crowd,
The silence after the hit,
The sorry and the bullshit,
The silence after you've gone,
Is the silence I've craved all along.
