I know when I was falling you held me really tight

I know when everything seemed wrong you were the only right

I know you'll hunt with me and wont be a chilled out knight

I know you were always there when no one else was in sight

I know that in all my darkest moments you were my only light

I know that when I gave up, you reminded me how to fight

I know when I needed a new story, you held my hands as I started to write

I know when I wanted to hide, you took me in whispering "it's gonna be alright"

I know that together we will always shine so bright

But my dearest friend I can't share a kiss with you tonight

Am not ready, and the thought of losing you as friend gives me a fright

There's a saying that the one thing worse then being alone is being with the wrong person. I always think about that for the sake both parties when making a decision like this. If a guy is not right for me but I got with him 'just because' then that would be bad for both of us we both deserve better.
