Today not feeling blue
But woke with my worst fear, the damn flu
Had a heavy head before going to bed
This time wasn't my Glen it was a pill that was red
Still I have to get up and run
Promised to attend the science fair of my son
Tried coffee and a cig but they taste yuck
Hoping the day will pass smoothly even though I know in traffic I'll be stuck

With no sleep at all, head on fire, and a feeling of utter helplessness she decided she couldn't go to work. She'd never missed a day of work in her life. So reluctantly she made that phone call.
You're feeling so down. Energies low. You just can not find. Your get up and go. Yawning like mad. You curl in a heap. You really do need. To get some more sleep. But the day it is filled.
