Inequality

It's not that I know much
I'm only sixteen
But when I boil it down
Sex is so mean

I don't mean making love
I don't mean "to fuck"
I'm talking about genders
And running amok

In the business world
And in everyday lives
Gender inequality
"Women are wives"

I can't seem to grasp
The cruelty we face
Women in particular
Slurs thrown in our face

"Your skirt was too high"
"You were asking for rape"
Excuse me, 'fine sir',
I was kept from escape

Whore and bitch
Cunt and hoe
"Make me a sandwich"
No, 'sir', just no.

There's a gap between genders
That's a truth I'll admit
But superiority of one
Is a pile of shit

I don't claim to know much
I'm not very wise
But from what I can tell
Life is a surprise

I don't hate men
That's not what I'm about
But if you're an asshole
That's it. I'm out.
