When you look up
at the sky on a cloudless night,
All you you see is black.
But when your eyes adjust and you look closer,
you see little specks of light.
They're the stars.
Billions and billions cover the sky.
Almost like a blanket of wonders.
Our eyes seem to deceive us, we cannot actually see the bright lights in the sky until our eyes permit us too.
You have to look further than what meets the eye.
Because nothing is ever as it seems.

Sitting in the garden star gazing. It's strange to think that all those tiny twinkling dots that cover the night sky are giant balls of gas, billions of miles away.
Midnight black's the color you are. A mere simple canvas to show off the night. Little yellow dots twinkle in your darkness. A white little crescent shines brightly in the center. Forever you will be.
The wind is strong, stronger than men, stronger than what they have created. The wind is soft, softer than the softest hands, softer than the silk those hands made.
I wonder how lonely those stars get, Hanging so far away, half of them have never been met. And it's a wonder they don't just drop from the sky, I hope none suffer from vertigo, up that high.
