Water roars over soaking rocks,
Falling faster towards the bottom.
Sunlight tints it along the way,
With leaves floating, for it's autumn.
Aqua slices as it heads down,
Also slides over all it can.
Making all in it's path slippery,
Free-falls sure do have a big span.
Sparkles trickle off the steep ledge,
Crashing into hard stones below.
Cooling spray flies through the crisp air,
This turquoise river is aglow.
Rainbowed fish dart under the veil,
As unlucky ones are thrown off.
Old turtles snap, blue hits their shells,
So from under the fall, they doff.
Jade moss stretches behind this drop,
It's only invading the bank.
The waterfall is a great sight,
And it never stops, such a swank.
