When the opportunity is bliss
And you know you've missed out
When missing is my heart to you
And my mind is being rational
When I'm mental not to have said hello
And you smiled at me
And my returning one was full of glee
Why didn't we part some words
When the words in my poems are for you
But I couldn't speak
My tongue was stopping me from talking
And my feet were stopping me from walking
Walking straight to you
When you were sitting alone on that sunny day
On the other side of the pool I was sitting alone too
I just should've got up
Walked towards you
And it would've been nice to say "it was nice knowing you
I'm going home today
The same home where you will be mere miles away
But have a nice day
And enjoy the rest of your holiday"

I don't really have that many good pictures of the scenery near where I live, the only good ones I have are of me and my best friend in London and I'm not sure if she'd like that haha ☺. @minxyMolly ah nice ☺. Um, it's not that nice. Probably like anywhere else around London though. It's quite quiet where I live, the area, but it doesn't have the best reputation in the world lol ☺. The news about the little girl, Tia, was one of the worst and that happened about 5 minutes from my house ... How about you? What's it like round your area?
@BethyBoo it's iffy, we weren't far from the riots tbh 😒 but eh what can you do shrugging no place is truly safe and good :-/ x
