Flopping on the bed, I sighed happily. Man, what a fantastic couple of days! After our shower in the cabin (Not together, of course!) we put on some none blood stained clothes and went home. Weirdly it seemed like no one actually remembered Mr Hughes. Although I'm glad they don't. How awkward would it be to tell the head teacher that you and your gorgeous best friend have super powers and had to kill your English teacher to technically save the world? I'd probably get locked up in a mental institute! But that wasn't on my mind. Not the action. That moment. The moment Jack pulled me in and kissed my lips. Gosh. The only way that could've been better is if he said he loved me and asked me out. But that's never gonna happen. He's way outta my league. Before I got completely lost in my fantasies, my mum knocked on my bedroom door. Groaning slightly, I opened it. "So, I heard you and Jacky boy shared a tent on the camping trip?" she asked. Oh shit. To look unworried, I shrugged. "Yeah. No one else to go with." Although it wasn't to convincing. She saw straight through my disguise. "Ohhhhhh! Did anything happen? He did use protection, didn't he?" Blushing furiously, I turned and screamed. "MUM! NOTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENED! I don't like him like that.." I whispered the last part. Smirking, she knelt down to my height and spoke softly. "Honey, it's obvious you like him." Quite shocked, I looked up and took a sharp breath in, but then smiled slightly and turned my head away. "That obvious huh?" I muttered. Laughing now, my mum patted my head and walked out the room. "You could do a lot worse, sweetie." Then with that she left. All I can do is dream, mind you. Sure he kissed me, but it's probably all in the heat of the moment. Sighing, I grabbed all my stuff from the camping trip and teleported to the places I needed to and put it back. Thanks to teleportation it was much quicker. Then I threw all my old clothes in the washing machine and put on some new ones. Black shorts with a skull t-shirt. Hey, it was getting warmer. Sighing again I flopped on the bed once more. All I could think of was Jack. And brownies. But mainly Jack. "Why do you have to be so gorgeous?" I heard myself moan as I threw my pillow onto my face, then rolling round the bed completely bored and not knowing what to do. Before I almost lost the will to live, my phone rang. KoRn blurted out of its speakers, meaning it was Jack. I rolled over and picked it up, putting it to my ear and I lied on my back. "Ello? Kitty here." I said. When he spoke, Jack sounded out of breath. "Hey Kitty. I hope I'm not interrupting anything." he said. In response I shook my head as I spoke, although he couldn't see my head shaking. "Nah, it's alright. What's up?" I asked. Before he responded I swear I heard something smash or break. "I think my little cousin has super powers. And I REALLY need your help." he explained. I couldn't help but laugh. What a stupid idea! His cousin having super powers? Although another crash on the other end of the phone broke my laughter, I still continued to joke. "Yeah, and I'm Simon Cowell." Jack chuckled a little, but not for long. "Well Mr Cowell, I got a new act for you. My little cousin can throw the sofa across the room." Another smash. Okay. Maybe he was being serious. "Alright alright, I'll come over." I replied. Jack said a brief thanks before hanging up. Quickly I pulled on my converses and grabbed my skateboard. Then I skate boarded to Jack's house. Wow. It's pretty big. The lights were on and I heard several loud crashes and shouts.
