I guess I have to tell her.
"Kitty, as you've probably guessed... Yes, I am the superhero that's been around. On the news and stuff..."
I look down. Ashamed that I had to lie to her about this. I feel her lightly place a finger under my chin and lift my head up.
"It's fine," she says, comforting me. "Big secrets are hard to share."
She smiles at me, I smile back. She's got such a pretty smile.
"Thanks. Your such a great friend. For understanding me and everything."
I take a long cool drink from my can of Fanta. I put it down and look at Kitty. She's got a milkshake moustache. I point it out and the conversation lightens. We both start laughing and smiling. Maybe I should feel her how I feel about her. I tried to read her mind but there's only so much you can understand. I'll do it. I'll tell her. Right now... Three robbers bust in the window. They're holding guns.
"THIS IS A ROBBERY!" one of the thugs shouts.
No way. I'd never have guesses... I focus my mind on the guy who shouted but I can't hit him, I'm too weak.
"Stay here. I'll handle this," Kitty whispers.
"Wait... what?!" I hiss back. "HOW?!"
And then she disappeared.

The girl in the corset and the leather trousers appeared out of nowhere. It must be Kitty! She looks very sexy in that outfit. It's very... revealing. The robbers stop, stunned. They start mumbling something about someone called 'Miss Curious'.
"I'll tell you who I am! The one that's gunna kick our ass!" Miss Curious/Kitty shouts back.
Nice one. Very cheesy, but nice. One o the robber is staring at Kitty's chest.
"Hey Miss Curious!" the thug shouts. "There's something 'curious' in my..."
I've had enough. I smack the guy into the wall. That hurt both my and him. I stumble. It was totally worth it. One of the thugs aims a gun at Kitty. NO!!! He shoots. Kitty deflects the bullet. How the hell did she do that?! She disappears and reappears over and over again. Each time in a different place. One of the thugs opens fire, shooting anything tht moves. Including his friend. Kitty reappears and kicks the guy in the face. K.O. She disappears and reappears beside me.
"Geez, seems like we've both been hiding something!"

We've left the cafe. No point in staying around there. I've got a splitting migraine. Kitty starts to say something:
"Shall we promise, from now on, no secrets?"
"Cross my heart," I reply.
I stare into her deep brown eyes. They're so beautiful in this light. I think... I think I love her! She lets go of my hand and starts to walk away.
"Bye! See you tomorrow!" she calls.
"See you at school!" I reply.
I turn around and start walking home.
"Daisuki, Jack-kun!" I hear.
I turn and Kitty's gone. What does that mean?!
