Recently I've been quite down
I'm often wrinkled in a frown
I've had some fairly anguished thoughts
As through bad dreams my brain, it sorts
But then, arising out the blue
A happy moment, overdue
Fleeting, but the joy it's giving
Reminds me that life is worth living.
