An elderly man was walking in the park with his wife one day when he spotted a good friend of his. The three walked off and sat down at a nearby bench. His friend said to him, "So, Jim, how was the memory clinic that you went to last week?"
Jim smiled at this question.
"Absolutely incredible! We learnt all sot of memory techniques - association, visualisation - I think that it really helped me!" he explained.
His friend was happy to hear the good news, and wanted to try out the place himself.
"What's the name of that clinic?"
Jim froze. He looked around, thought as hard as he could, but he couldn't quite remember. His face then lit up, and he asked, "What do you call that red flower with the thorns on it?"
"Are you talking about a rose?" his friend asked.
"Of course, that's it!" Jim then turned to his wife "Rose, what was the name of that clinic?"
