Seasonal Limerick

Last comes the winter in a
flurry of snow
To school and work we don't go,

We grab out sledges
& crash in to hedges

& at the end of the day we go home.

Second to last autumn with weather so bland,
It's like eating food that's canned.

The leaves are all dry
Just cloud in the sky,

& there's sweet FA chance to get tanned.

Second is the summer heat,
Summer foods we like to eat,

Pools get us wet
Get rid of the sweat

Then we're back to smelling sweet.

Firstly there's spring's new born,
A lamb without horns,

The product of the birds and the bees.
Beauty bringing us to our knees.

This verse has had a lot of corn!
