I wish I had the time
To write a perfect rhyme
Make a rhyme that's mine
Oh, I wish I had the time
I wish I had the hours
To write a verse with power
Make a verse that towers
Oh, I wish I had the hours
I wish I had the minutes
To write a poem and finish
Make a poem not thinnish
Oh, I wish I had the minutes
I think I found the time
To write a little rhyme
It may not be so perfect
But at least the rhyme is mine

I gaze upon my blank canvass. Then I stare at the words above. Im amazed at the words that appear. When my thumbs are free and un cuffed. I often think they have little meaning.
So I guess its back to this again Stuck, Lost for inspiration I guess it's back to this dead end In a rut, cross and pacing This writers block title Is becoming quite vital To snap...
Ok so I have writers block,. I cannot shift this feeling,. I look down at my paper,. My subconscious is reeling,. I know what I want to say,. But exactly how do I say it,. The plot is in my head,.
I have been starring at this screen for hours. I have even tried taking a nice warm shower. I have never had such trouble finding words. I believe that this is all rather absurd.
My minds been blank all day, I really don't have anything to say. Sitting here trying to write something, I'd be happy if I could write anything.
I have a case of writer's block,. A wall of solid steel,. As hard to break as solid rock,. Don't think I'll ever heal,. I do the first that comes to mind,. Pour water in the kettle,.
When I first joined Opuss, Twas a week or so ago, I just couldn't stop writing, The juices seemed to flow. I'd write about anything That popped into my head.
MinxMolly talks of coursework stress And RichWithey's going insane Compared to both of those two I am boring weak and plain My poems are all unstructured They talk of stupid things Is this the path...

@misslittleDHP @leelee101 Thank you both, but my time has come to an end, I will have to leave opussia for a while and return to the real world, I will be back with poetical gifts for all, and maybe Dave part 2.2 or a word for you, I have been neglecting my sesame street teaching responsibilities, new word soon hopefully☺
