Winter's in the air,
Ice carpets the ground,
Rooftops are frosted,
Snowflakes fall without a sound.
Animals in their slumber,
Hiding from the cold,
Trees are leaf-less,
Standing tall and bold.
Snowmen rule the park,
Wearing their soft mittens,
Clouds turn from grey to white,
As autumn is unwritten.
Winter's round again,
Bringing with it joy and fun,
Play in the snow-throw snowballs,
The season is still young...
