Chapter 1..Land & Water

I put on some pink lipgloss and looked through my closet for a dress. I sighed as I held it against me and looked through the mirror. The light sparkly blue dress matched perfectly with my eyes. I put it on and put some mascara on. My phone suddenly vibrated and I saw my friend Aly texted me, saying: Sara, hurry up, I'm waitingg outside in my car. Your slower than my turtle.!
I rolled my eyes. Aly always texted words dramatically. Probably because she loves drama stuff. I texted her back, sorry, I will be right there, just have to find my mask.
Our school having a Mari Gras theme prom party. I found my mask and put it on. It was white and a pearl flower on the side following with white and light gray of feathers. I wales outside saying goodbye to mum and my stepdad, John and my sister Jane. Aly was blaring her opera music. I opened the door, " Hey" I said. She looked at me motioning me to put my seat belt on and smiled at me and we were on our way. I turned theistic down a bit and looked at her, she had blonde hair, just like me, but bright green eyes and a gold mask on and a light green dress on. " Are you ready for tonight!? She said. " What?" I said, confused. " Your crush. I looked out the window. She must of saw me blush. " Ah yes, love at first sight. Like Romeo and Juliet, but Juliet too shy to even talk to Romeo and dying without each other." She put her hand to her heart and looked at me with sympathy. " Thankyou for that rude, tragic story Aly. I said. When we parked it turned chilly, and windy as we walked into our school, Lakewater Bend high school. As we entered our gym where our prom was, a disco, lights, music. I looked at Aly and saw her looking over at the food. She was on a diet, even though she really shouldn't be on. Before I could say anything i saw him, dirty blonde hair, deep blue eyes and thought there wasn't gravity anymore
