I made my way downstairs, thumping on each step. Not lifting my foot. Being the lazy person I am. I made myself dinner. Watched tv. Went to be.
----Next morning----
I woke up, sun streaming through my curtains.
I blinked, getting used to the light. Oh wow, I'm going to the new school.
I got up and got dressed, one good thing is I don't have to wear a rotten uniform. I chucked on some clothes and emptied my old school books our of my bag. I packed my lunch and was about to leave when I realized; the bus for the new school came later. I watched the tv for a while. Welcome to my life( simple plan) starts playing I looked at my iPod, turned the alarm off and headed out the door.
The journey to the school was a bit if a blur, I was filled with excitement and anxiousness. I was hoping that I would find something to live for.
It was Soo weird.
Everyone stated at me, heads turned as I walked by and gasps escaped people's mouths. I found my locker and put my belongings away.
I was put in class 9A.
The first two periods were boring. I was worried I has something on my face, maybe that's why all the girls were staring . . .
I shrugged it off and went to get my food for recess.
And that's when I saw it.
Something worth living for.
--that 'something' worth living for--
Was actually a girl.
She was beautiful. I was just mesmerized looking at her. And all these girls wouldn't shut up."Ooh... Kyle, your so hot! Do you want my number?" blah blah blah! "urh. Later.." Walsall I could manage to say.
I had to get to know this girl. She was different. She kind of hid behind her locker, mysterious, shy, not revealing herself. Hope and loved danced about in her eyes. Her smile was humble, modest and cute. Her hair was cinnamon brown, she had a side fringe. It went down to around her waist. She was beautiful.
I thought I was dreaming.
I had to test if this was real or not. I walked up to her, I winked at herald as I walked past my hand brushed against hers.
--fireworks.-- I shivered as the tingles electrocuted me inside, I felt like I would burst with excitement. It was true.
I couldn't wait for the day to be over so could maybe talk to her.
Would she be interested in me?
The girls in my class were really irritating me. I talked to the year leave co ordinator, I asked of I could move. "Sure, which class would you like to change to?" he wondered.
I explained what the girl looked like. "Ahh, that'd be 9C. It's a deal." he smiled and shook my hand.
I was in her class! I was excited about a stranger?!
I smiled when I saw her face, I quickly looked away so she couldn't see me.
I lost track of tone in class, I kind of just stared at the back of her beautiful cinnamon brown hair. We had an English, we were watching some movie. I probably should have taken notes.
I ripped out some paper of my exercise book.
I wrote directions, to the Cรณcรณ Cafรฉ. I prayed she knew the place. I wrote also, "7;00 tonight.. Meet me there..please? Kyle x." I folded it up and put it in my pocket.
The rest of the day went in a snap. I ran to my locker and put everything away. I kept peeking to find the girl. Gosh. I don't even know her name!
I waited till quite a lot of people had left. I shyly walked up to her and gently took her hand. I placed the not in the palm of her hand and closed her hand into a gently fist, so not to crumple the note. I then walked out of site.
