You know why I like you? It is not the confidence that radiates from you. Ain't your macho stories you talk about, for sure. Your honesty? Hmm, it could be a factor but that is not entirely it. I like you because you shared a very personal story of your past relationship that made you look vulnerable. That short moment, the confidence, the macho-ness and even the charm dampened and you stripped down to share one of the toughest experience you had to go through, and made through it. That is the winner. The fact you are not perfect won me over. Sometimes, it really isn't about the successes of your life that keep people interested. For me, it is often the flaws that people willing to share that gets my attention. In this matter, it proved to me that you are a better person than you were, and the fact you got hurt by a loved one proves to me that you (most) likely would not do the same to me. I may be wrong, but I rather have that fraction of fate on you than diving head-first into this, clueless. That's not taking chances; that is just asking for trouble.
