This resonates strongly with me at the moment....you describe exactly what's occurred with two directors of our business. They've lined their pockets with complete disregard for the ultimate impact on the staff & other directors concerned. We're now left to pick up the pieces & are having to make redundancies in order to save as many staff as we can... sadly it's either that or everyone loses their job. SO angry-my mind is often consumed with revenge, & I know that's unhealthy & detrimental to an objective thought pattern!! 😠👊
@Fly10 it's not quite as bad as your situation Leigh, I do sympathise by the way, and it's not actually their fault this time. But it's directed, as you point out, at the big nobs and the way they just don't give a shit, you know? I mean we've been here before and luckily I'm safe, but because the consultancy period is so short it's gonna hurt us all. Hmph! Rant over... 👍❤😘
