Got this affliction on the cheap but boy, it makes me pay
Invited to a party, we're ready but please wait
We're not going anywhere 'til the remotes are straight
I'm checking all the windows before I go to bed
But that won't stop me checking things in the confines of my head
Make sure all the tins line up behind the cupboard door
Can anybody help me? It's such a maddening bore
But one thing I am sure of
I can always post my rhymes
Safe in the knowledge
That I've checked 'em thirty times
