My bloody OCD's invading every single day
Got this affliction on the cheap, but boy, it makes me pay
Invited to a party, we're ready but please wait
We're not going anywhere 'til the remotes are straight
I'm checking all the windows just before I go to bed
I'll still think they're open in the confines of my head
Make sure all the tins line up behind the cupboard door
Can anybody help me? It's such a maddening bore!
The sofas are at right angles, the cat must sit just so
This OCD's got a hold of me and it ain't letting go
Anyone who suffers will surely have some sympathy
When they notice that the title's written alphabetically
But one thing I am sure of, I can always post my rhymes
Safe in the knowledge that I've checked 'em thirty times...
