I shall fight

Now everyone has gone away,
melancholy darkness has become the day.
I fight my tears,
and yet they fall
like pearls of pure sorrow and woe.
In the dark,
and so alone.
Nothing remains of me but skin and bone.
All my fears come rushing back,
yet the strength to live I seem to lack.
I'm still alive,
so beaten and bruised,
yet I still survive
after I've been so abused.
The world's gone insane,
The madness is taking over my brain.
I'm dying,
yet no one sees.
Please! Someone come and save me!
I stumble through
this pain strife.
Please rescue me from the Hell that has become my life.
Everyone I ever loved
is now gone,
but I shall still carry on!
I'll battle the madness with all my might!
I'm growing weaker,
BUT I SHALL FIGHT!
