My name's Elliot. Elliot Mungard.
I know Elliot's more of a boys name but in my opinion it sounds kind of girly. No offense to guys out there named Elliot.
I'm fifteen years old and (big surprise) I'm a vampire.
I mean seriously if you didn't already realize that then clearly you weren't even paying attention to the title of this book! I mean it's called "Diary of a wimpy vampire," for God's sake!
Anyway back to my life.
I'm pretty much an outcast. I don't fit in with any of the vampires and I definitely don't fit in with any of the humans.
I mean I wouldn't eat any of you. I prefer to suck the blood out of animals.
Unless of course one of you guys was seriously pissing me off. Then I might.
Just kidding!
My best friend is my iPod, also I like to draw random pictures (although I'm not that great at it).
I live withy dad and brothers in Washington.
Most of us look nothing alike.
I never knew who my mother was.
I should have probably mentioned this sooner, my "Dad" and "brothers" hate my guts.
Except for Dimitri. He always understood me and knew the right thing to say.
I remember when I was little, watching in horror as my brothers sucked the blood out of humans.
"Do it Elliot! DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" my father yelled.
"But -but, I don't want to! Please don't make me do it!" I said as I started to cry.
"It's alright Elliot, you don't have to do it if you don't want to," Dimitri said as he wiped off my tears.
His voice was so soothing and calm, like a warm summers breeze.
Hey that actually sounded kind of poetic!
Now back to the story.
"Really?" I sniffed.
"Sure," Dimitri said smiling.
"What do you mean he doesn't have to do it if he doesn't want to?!?!?! HE HAS NO CHOICE!!!!!!! DO IT NOW ELLIOT!!!!!!!!!!" my father practically shrieked.
Then he grabbed my neck and began to tighten his grip to the point where he was pretty much strangling me.
"DO IT NOW YOU PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A VAMPIRE!!!!!!!!!"
My head felt like it was about to pop like a balloon.
"YOU LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Dimitri roared as he flung him against the wall with such force he actually went right through it.
Dimitri caught me just in time before dust and cinder locks were everywhere.
My other brothers ran away in fear screaming like a bunch of little girls ( sorry if that sounds kind of sexist).
Dimitri told me that I never have to do anything like that ever again.
He taught me how to hunt animals to survive.
From then on no one forced me to do anything I didn't want to.
Even now that he's gone my brothers and father still don't force me to eat humans.
Dimitri left when I was fourteen. He said he had to move on with his life and that there just wasn't anything for him here.
I'll never forget what he said before he left, "Remember Elliot, never give in to what they tell you to do. No matter what you must always be true to yourself. And never forget how much I love you."
Then he kissed me on the cheek, and just like that he was gone.
Now that Dimitri isn't around anymore my brothers torture me for their entertainment.
And that's basically all you need to know about me.
See you later!

I like it!! One thing though, at the beginning you said "you" were a girl, but "your" brothers and father called "you" a him. ?? (the "" because you're not really that person, but it was easier to write it that way.)
@PIRGIR Thank you! Actually my character meant to say that his name sounded girly, not the he was a girl. I guess I should've written that part better.
@hiddenartist372 Thank you very much! Chapter two is out now. It's called " diary of a wimpy vampire :my freak family," in case you're interested.
