Enveloped
Squeezed
Covered
Up
Relieved
Breath
A
Sigh
Detached
From
Life
Looking
Down
At
Me
A
Morphed
Sense
Of
Reality
The
Lights
Are
On
But
No-ones
Home
Not
Even
Me
I
Left
My
Conscious
Body
Alone
I'm
In
The
Other
Part
The
Subconscious
Part
Looking
Down
At
The
Reality
Like
It's
A
Work
Of
Art
Take
The
Canvas
Paint
A
Night
Sky
Paint
A
Seascape
Calm
And
Bright
Take
A
Look
No
Waves
That's
The
Calm
Before
The
Storm
Before
An
Attack
On
The
Norm
Now
Shake
The
Canvas
And
The
Wet
Paint
The
Picture
Changes
Lines
Blurred
And
Faint
No
Longer
A
Clear
View
Sea
No
Longer
Perfectly
Blue
A
Messed
Up
Version
Between
Dreams
And
Truth
Edges
Frayed
Lines
Betrayed
I
Look
From
Above
A
Birds
Eye
View
Tell
Myself
To
Hang
On
In
There
This
Is
The
Storm
Be
Strong
Be
You
After
The
Storm
There's
Always
The
Norm
And
Rainbows
Where
Life
Is
Happy
And
Life
Has
Golden
Glows.
I'm ok, had a bit of a break from writing as I've been in a dark place and I don't actually know why. But this poem sums up things, it may be a bit confusing though so I apologise in advance!! :)
