Just laying in your arms
Taking it easy like the dr said
You wooing me with all your loving charms
Even making sure I'm fed!
You've been my hero today
Looked after me
Supported me through what seemed like a dark day
Not a chance you would leave me.
There are others who have aided
In their own special ways
Making sure my hope was never jaded
Helping me through this important day.
Thank you to all that have known
What today was about
Now the curtains are drawn
Now off to rest with no fear or doubt.
