I never knew before this day.
A smile upon my face when I write something I think is good, a scowl when it's not understood.
With lots of peoples praise,

But in truth it just gives me hope,

If I do not keep on writing. Then the ink will seep within. Causing an inner struggle. Solved only by the pen. The notebook is my body. And the folds create my heart. But without my muse.
I have a special pen that I use for writing. It's a big chunky metal pen with a nice comfy grip. I use refills from a range of pens call Frixon which means I can rub stuff out with no trouble at all.
Music in. The world out. Treated like a "rock star". And actually trying to sing. I feel like sleeping. But that just isn't happening. But this is what I enjoy. Writing on a napkin.
It's late at night. But I had an urge to write. Sometimes I get these itches. Ripping me like broken stitches. So I make a rhyme. To past the time. Or because words start to flow.
Haters hate. I sit and create. From writing to art. It all comes from the heart. Straight out of my mind. That's why you will find. Mistakes and imperfections. Under close inspections.
@Lyceumo asked whether we write for ourselves or for an audience. I agree with @KT77 , in that both are motivations. I write because I enjoy the creation of texts and I do pain over them.
