She's Mine, Chp 1.

{ ~ lexis pov. }
I set my razor down as my hands shake like the rest of my body. I leaned against the sink, tears falling onto my red covered on. As the cold drops soothed my arm which had a stinging sensation, about 1000 thoughts were running through my head.
I sat up finally and rinsed my arm finishing off by wrapping my arm. A nice firm finish.
My head raised and I caught myself in the mirror. The tears poured down harder than ever.
"Lexis! You okay?" A knock on the door from Cass.
I cleaned everything up, and swung the door open and dashed for my room, head down, tears still streaming down my warm cheeks.
My door slammed, locked it and I set my stuff in my drawer closing it quietly.
A loud groan came from down the hallway and foot steps stomping to my door. "ALEJANDRA MARGARITA RODRIGUEZ. Dammit! You better open this door." I heard Cass yell pounding on my door.
"No." I replied with a sniffle.
"Cass, don't you think you're being a bit harsh?" I heard the familiar calm voice behind my door. Another house mate, Taylor.
"No, Taylor." sighed Cass.
"Here, let me try. Cass?" He spoke softly. "Do you mind letting me in?"
"Ahem?" Cass coughed.
"Okay, us in? And explaining what's wrong?"
I just sighed and turned over to my side, not facing the door.
"Lexis. I swear, we have practice soon and you need to tell us what is bothering you." I could tell Cass was trying to keep her cool.
Nothing was going to help right now. I heard my phone buzz from across the room where I threw it earlier. Surprised, it didn't break. I didn't care to even look.
"Here." I heard Taylor's voice again and the door calmly squeaked open.
I flinched and cursed under my breath. "How?"
He chuckled lightly. "Magic." he came and sat down on my bed.
I didn't bother to turn around but I heard Cass creeping in quietly across the floor. "Lex?"
I shrugged and pulled the covers of my bed over my shoulders.
Taylor grabbed my arm and held it there softly. "Lex.." he frowned and stroked my arm softly.
The tears started to spill out again. "I don't wanna talk about it."
"LEXI? ARE YOU SERIOUS?" yelled Cassie. "HOW DARE YOU?! YOU PROMISED."
Taylor gave her a death stare.
"WHAT? She needs HELP! THIS IS THE 4th TIME THIS MONTH."
Taylor looked at her and nodded, but turned to me and took my arm again. "Please?"
I sighed and pointed to my phone across the room. "Fetch that for me?" I looked up at Cass and she had the most furious look in her eyes, though tears were still spilling out of my eyes and I was shaking like crazy.
"I can't believe you."
Taylor went to get the phone and returned with it resting in his palm. "Um, so?"
I went through it and scrolled to the message that I read before I cracked the screen chucking it against the wall.
"This time, we're over for good. You're probably the most dumbest bitch I've seen for giving me more than enough chances. All I do is use you and cheat on you. Dumb whore. Have fun being nothing." Taylor read aloud to himself.
"Do I need to kick someone's ass?" I suddenly heard Jacob walking into my room. I guess I didn't hear the main door open. Rain crept in behind him.
"What the fuck did I just hear?" She raised her eyebrow and crossed her arms.
I pulled the covers over my face and sighed, shaking.
"I'm going over to that stupid pricks house right now, giving him what he deserves. Fuck Johnny, Lexi, you're so much better than that."
"And I'm taking you to the hospital." Cass said pointing to my arm's blood which was leaking through my gauze.
"NO!" I screamed and started to cry more.
I no longer had a choice. She nodded to Taylor and he picked me up and cradled me, then walked me down the stairs.
I didn't even try to fight. I felt dizzier by the minute, all I could do was cry.
Taylor sat me in the back, me leaning in his lap and him stroking my head. "You're gonna be okay, sis." No, he wasn't actually my brother but god, I've known him since kindergarten. He'd always
been there for me.
Cass jumped in the front seat of the convertible and started the engine and before you knew it, I passed out.
