Living A Lie

Helping my family
Helping my friend
Being a mother
Jobs no end

If I can I will and would give it my all
Charity,
children,
I'd help them all.

Seems only now that people close are starting to suffer
Seems my arms aren't long enough,
To grab everyone to mother.

Time to step back reflect and take on,
Learn from my mistakes,
Man up and be strong,
Say NO when I feel I can't.
I shouldn't take it all on.

Think quality not quantity
Spend more time with my boy,
He isn't something I can drop like an unwanted toy.

Inject some fun back into my marriage,
Need to refurbish that royal carriage,
Who knows what needs fixing but I really do have to try,
Can't go on living this lie.

Engagemang, det är ett stort och betydelsefullt ord med en oerörd inlevelse. Jag känner engagemang när jag är i ett förhållande och när jag är med min familj och med mina vänner.

There are days I find it really difficult to be a mom. My son wasn't horrible, but I started thinking about my life before him. I miss the friends I had before, I feel like I abandoned them.

I left school quite young, without finishing. Outrageous you may think. Meh... I hold a managerial role in IT support within a company in the top 20 of the FTSE 100.

So true. We can't juggle all the balls. Sometimes we are do busy we can't see those that are close are the ones that are dropping. Great little write. 👏👏👏💚

@eddie12309 I'm pretty good at juggling some balls are too heavy for one hand and others fly and fall silently 💛x

A good point strikes home. @eddie12309 is spot on, it's so easy to let things slip and slide past. ❤ Great stuff Terri 👍👏👏👏

Yes, very true message. If you spread yourself too thin you suffer and so does everyone close to you, I speak from experience I am afraid! 🙍
